Why was I banned

I get in to play and get this message your account has been banned payment invalid refunded or charged back if you think this is a mistake ask in our forums. I logout to go to work and just get back home and find i'm banned for no reason

its saying the way you payed was invalid, or it was revoked or refunded, you should check your paypal then open a ticket. if it was refunded you'll probably need to purchase the game again

I get the above message when I log on using IE8 at work.

When I use Chrome I don't get this message, but I can't test to see if I can play on the servers because I'm at work.

Bug or am I banned for no reason :tinfoil:

I get that too if I enter the website with my mobile phones browser.

I'm not trying to play while at work kinda hard when i'm a security guard for an art gallery. I would get fired if I was and I want to keep my job because it took me 3 years to find this job
