I had a rust account with a key from way back when garry fist offered keys, however today i went to play it for maybe the 2nd or 3rd time (i didn't have alot of free time) I cannot login. I tried the forgot password and the email i used to register comes back user not found. Where inactive accounts stripped? Am i doing something wrong?
Yep, an account that was inactive for a month or more, was deleted. This only applies to people that got keys from before (from garrys posts, drawing contests, ect).
Well that sucks i wanted to play the game but family issues and other things in life prevented me from it until recently, but I understand thats how things like this work especially with how popular its gotten.

That sucks dude, I hope everythings alright but Garry started selling keys but sadly, he stopped since of a glitch that caused over selling of keys. It should be back up and running soon.
True, everything is mostly resolved but the fact that he deleted an account once kinda turns me off the idea of buying one. Who is to say if i buy one and go inactive it wont be stripped again, but we will see if he sells more.
