Is there a difference of items you can find/make between the PvE and PvP server?

Hey this is a question and ive been wondering for awhile on it so I just decided to ask.

Ive been playing the PvE server and weapon wise I recently found

M4
MP5A5
F1 Grenade
9MM
P250
Shotgun
Explosive Charge
Flashlight Mod
Laser Sight Mod

Is there anymore weapons that can be found or is that it weapon wise? Im hoping theres more to it but I dont really know.
