We are friendly and there are some pretty impressive structures on there. While it is PvP the majority of the population is friendly and will group together to hunt bandits and return loot to the victims.
My server Oxide Creative Mode is down currently due to the new rust update on 2/17. I believe all servers running mods are having issues and we just need to wait for a new update from oxide/rust++.

This server is pretty nice. The admin (when online) was willing to give me the tools I needed to make a video demonstrating an update.

My server "[US] Oxide 1.15 PvE Creative Mode (type /kit)" is online again and we just wiped the server. It is updated with Oxide 1.5. My server is the one listed in the OP.
