can not load game properly setting help.

Hi,

I want to ask what is the best browser and settings are to play rust.
I'm from belgium so i connect to the eu servers. But when i'm connected my chrome gets real laggy.
And when its done loading bundles its stuck for 5. Minutes on rust alpha test screen and when i get in server its really laggy i cant even walk. Now i wonder what would be best settings.

I got an asus with 8gb ram
2 gb video ram nvidia
And i7 processor.
Windows 7
