Suicide error, not showing death screen to respawn

When I type in suicide (Or get killed by hostile wildlife) I just Stand there, with anything that I'm holding and thats it. I can't respawn or move. I even can't check my inventory. and it doesn't show the death screen where I can respawn. I'm also hosting my own private server, I recently installed Rust++ 1.5.2 (Latest Version) in my server. now I don't know if it's the mod or something else. Please help me, it's getting annoying. Everything else is working find, but my death screen when I die is not showing.

Same error over here and we also own the server. Don't have rust++ though using Oxide, essentials and magma. Did you find a way to resolve this?
