I just want a straight answer from someone that knows what they are talking about. Can you be VAC banned for playing on servers that have plugins like Oxide or Rust++ or other plugins that everyone seems to be useing.
Whether you are banned by VAC or not wouldn't have anything to do with the server plugins/mods.
Garry debunked it saying that it was basically people mass posting about it "Because of the new patch" to get away with cheating.
I am a server admin and I have been TPing and disconnecting for speed hacks for weeks. Nothing on my account so far.
Short answer to your question: No you cannot be banned.

I'll confirm that. None of my admins have reported any issues and the server has been up for nearly a month
