Why don't you contact EAC directly via email? I guess EAC doesn't care much about your critism at all but atleast you wouldn't bother this forum.
coz i know eac team on this forum, they read and answer? like this guy https://facepunch.com/member.php?u=642940 or i wrong?

Please be patient. Sincerly The EAC team

You are right. Rust isn't a stable AAA game like CS. Rust is a game under heavy developement and I guess not even half finished. Also you should understand that the creators of cheats always find new ways to fuck up the game, I'm not a programmer but I think it's nearly impossible to detect new cheats right away. Just look at the constant banning of cheaters, it's crazy: https://twitter.com/rusthackreport

Unless a cheat engine is tricking the EAC client while editing Rust, EAC should be on the case almost as soon as the cheat is being used.

I can see that making a good hack/cheat might be satisfying in it self, but actually using it in game seems like it will get very boring very fast.
Unfortunately, anti cheat tools can just react most of the times and not prohibit cheating from the start. So its highly unlikely that anti cheat tools will instantly detect AND ban a user cheating when he enters a protected server with active cheats. Also, it would be beneficial for cheat coders since they instantly know if their cheat is detecteable or not.

I understand the way they rationalize it, but I think the benefits are totally eclipsed by the issues it brings. Any player getting hacked in Rust is bound to lose stuff and potentially days or weeks of work in a manner of minutes to a cheater. While this can occur "legally" in the game, having it happen from an obvious cheater is very detrimental to the player's experience. Heck, most players that get raided legit already rage quit, imagine how it is when they are blatantly hacked like that. This hurts the players, the community and ultimately the game way more than making a hack maker lose 20$ (or 2.39$ in russian money). Also since all those hacks are being sold for a monthly fee, wouldn't banning the hackers right away hurt the cheat devs way more? If everytime that kid buys and downloads the hacks he gets banned within a matter of minutes and needs to buy a new copy of Rust, he will give up quickly and stop pumping that money to the cheat maker. I'd rather cut the valve on 100, 200, 10000x 30$ a month than once or twice a week on a 20$ copy for the dev. This will hurt both the cheat users and makers way more than a ban wave every 2-3 weeks. One thing is sure, the current method is shit at reassuring the community and keeping legit players happy. Hacking is rampant and systematic and knowing they will be banned in 2-3-4 weeks doesn't do jack to help me enjoy this game in the next 2-3-4 weeks, especially when I know that hacker fucking my game during that time is gonna be back the next day with an improved version that's gonna last another 2-3-4 weeks. Ultimately, we're only slightly increasing the cost for hackers to do their thing, we are not fixing the issue at all. Ban 'em right away, the second they are detected... All the subscribers are gonna get pissed, the cheat maker is gonna get a lot of flak and all hell will break loose. If they make a new and improved one every day, so be it, decompile and detect that new one daily. This is war, we can't just sit in the trenches eating sandwiches while the enemy is building it's arsenal.
I would give you a positive rating for that post Deicide, but somehow i do not seem to meet the requirements for voting yet. Sooo - yes, "wait a few weeks" is too long. It should not take longer then a few days from detection to ban. I still think that an instant ban MIGHT be a good way to cut off all the *i wanna put a really offending word in here but i am not allowed to* cheater kids BUT it would also help the cheat dev to quickly respond to EAC updates if he gets instant feedback if cheat is detected or not. Also, unfortunately is has become quite a thing that people get fresh steam accounts, buy rust, play and cheat 1.9 hours and then refund it. Or they cheat and play for a certain time and then sell the account to newbies that have no clue - and then the acc. gets banned later. Thats enough to destroy the fun of up to a 3 digit number of players with a single account and literally costs the cheater no money except for the cheat. Yes, you can not do that unlimited amount of times, but its enough to really hurt the community. I will stay optimistic that he system improves and gets faster.
here is 2 vote for me. 1- if the cheaters will ban immediately once detected i will stay and play this game 2- if cheaters will have time for play and cheat after they get detected - uninstall game.

I believe they let the cheats go for a while so they can understand how the cheat works. This way if it starts to come up afterwards they can be straight on it, and it could help them find a patten in how the cheat makers are creating the hacks.

Do we want to catch more cheaters, or do we want less cheaters in the game? I couldn't care less if they ban 1 or 10000 cheaters each week, so long as I don't meet ONE that ruins my day/week/month.

While hackers do need to be dealt with, I have managed to avoid hackers completely by playing on servers with active admins in the modded and community sections. I have only ever seen hackers in Rust legacy. I have around 200 hours in legacy and 500-600 in new Rust. I hear so much shit about Official servers, hackers there, abusive admins here, oh servers down, I don't even know why people play on them, any insight on that would be great.
many hackers with speedhack and triagerbot
If Steam accounts can be so easily shuffled and refunded, if the game is so cheap in certain parts of the world, if there's no effective way to deal with that issue... then "trying to get the most cheaters with each ban" doesn't really matter. Most will be back anyway. Each time a hack is detected and bans issued, a loophole is addressed. If you close a loophole every 4-5 days and issue bans, the hack developers will have to update their hacks more frequently as well. So we're left with either admitting A) the current code for this game is so fucking porous that hackers can find a new hole easily on-demand whenever they need to for as long as they need to (in which case there needs to be a discussion about an authoritative recode right now like there was supposed to be back when Experimental was announced)... or... B) admitting that the vendors Facepunch employs for presumably reasonable sums of money to investigate these hacks doesn't have the resources to update and ban twice a week.
