Quite a few people are already using these themes, they look really nice. I am not violating any copyright issues at all. Some people do not want to put time into putting themes together so these are out there for those who want something already together and working fine. A 99 cent price tag is close to free as it gets. No need to complain, but enjoy.

Are there any sources to that? I found in the [URL="http://playrust.com/faq/"]Rust FAQ[/URL] that it's pretty open about selling Rust related stuff. Not sure if the logo has its own license...

When they meant selling there they seem to be referring to video gameplay, like people making money out of video gameplay of Rust, like youtubers these days. Doesn't say anything about using the logo though, so until proven contrary my point stands. I'll gladly correct it if I'm wrong, but the rest still applies.
