What is the poly count? Can you show a screenshot with the poly flow? I think I read in another thread that this was your first attempt at modelling? Doesn't look bad for a first try :)

Maybe you could get the model to me in some way so I can take a look? Could maybe give you some pointers? Edit: never mind, just seen the poly count in the video. It's up at the top where it tells you the number of vertices, tris and faces for future reference. Offer of pointers still stands if you want to get in touch :)
