I recently made a rust server and it has been running fine for about a day or so, but when i came back to it i played for about 5 minutes fine then out of the blue i got kicked from an admin. And every time i joined it would say the same message so i checked the console when i got kicked and it said "facepunch_kick_rcon" I have never hacked before and whats the point of hacking on your own server anyway? I've tried resetting the server and messing around with some settings but nothing seems to work. Can anyone please help me?
if it's your server, wouldn't you know any admins?
If it's your server, aren't [I]you[/I] the admin?
Getting kicked by recon may be an indication that:
- someone km owns the recon
- the server is restarting often
- your name contains illegal characters
- your ping is too high
- cheatpunch
