here is my error code that im getting when loading experimental. legacy still works and I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled

So it looks like it could be a missing file. Have you got any funky esotoric setups with your hard drives and recently changed anything that might be causing it to look for the file in a place it can't find it?
Probably something they are on top of, and stuff like this is expected in experimental. How long have you had the problem?
I don't think ive changed anything with my setup. had the problem for the last 2 days.
Maybe try starting it from a cmd.exe and seeing if it spits any error messages into the terminal :shrug:
What anti-virus are you using? It may have put one of the files in quarantine.
Could you check your 'rust\experimental" folder for the following files?
- EasyAntiCheat folder
--- EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe
--- EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll
--- EasyAntiCheat_x86.dll
- EasyAntiCheat.Client.dll
- Rust.exe
- RustClient.exe
