I don't know if this is reported or not.
I own my own little vanilla server.
As the admin I used the spawn BP tool in the console. However for some reason it deleted all my blueprints. And worse the game prohibits me from learning the BP anew even with found BP's on the map.
I still can spawn the items, but I wanted to have the BP's so that I can craft items for when new players that come across me on map can get some new starting gear (Bow & arrows).
Is there a solution for this problem.
Remove your all your player files from the persistence folder within your server files on your server, this file is not compatible with your current server build and your blueprint list will not appear.
persistence folder is there to carry over blueprints learnt by players after a wipe but has not worked with the latest server builds on some servers.

I deleted the player data, wiped the world.
Didn't fix the problem.
Time to contact multiplay support.
Having this exact same issue. I removed my Persistence folder, and still nothing. Literally can't do anything, can't even give myself the BP's from the F1 menu. :-(
