Whitelist feature not working on my Multiplay Server?

I added the server.steamgroup xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with the correct steps written by Garry (Inspect Element on Chat Box) to get the SteamID. Whenever I add it to the server.cfg, however, I cannot connect and neither can anyone else and we're all in the steam group. Sometimes I get "Incorrect Parameters" other times it just times out and doesn't connect. If I take the server.steamgroup out of the server.cfg file, suddenly I can connect easily and everything runs fine. I am using Oxide 1.15 and my server is on Mulitplay. I am using CheatPunch and a few other addons. The addons all work fine without the server.steamgroup variable in the config file.

Is this happening to anyone else? Am I doing something wrong?

Now I tried using no addons or anything and I'm getting Facepunch_Whitelist_Failure... I've tried 2 different steam groups now, both ones I created (if that is a problem)...

I think it has something to do with primary steam groups...?
