Server doesn't show up until people log onto Rust:IO??

Hi all,
I am new at having a server and needed a little bit of advice. People are not able to find my server until they sign into Rust:IO. They can't even connect via IP or see it on the modded OR friends list. But once they sign into IO, it shows up.

Any thoughts to this? I've Googled the crap outta this to no avail :(

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post my IP here so I'll wait until someone replies if I can or not.

People are connecting to the game and I'm renting a dedicated server through OVH.
