Mysterious death zones, I suddenly die - Rust

I am out gathering and running with FULL health and FULL food. Then all of a sudden out of the blue I start bleeding and losing health is big 1/5 chunks. I die shortly thereafter. When I rush out to the exact same spot to loot my corpse I once again die right away. Its like there is this mysterious DEATH ZONE, that I stumble upon. Quite frustrating in that each time I have lost considerable gathering resources. This has happened now on two separate servers. I guess now I should gather in shorter time spans and get loot back lickety split before I hit a DEATH ZONE. Reminds me of working in a word processor that I should save every 10 min. for fear of losing latest data.

noclip bear/wolf? near any rocky areas or anything that they might glitch under?

I had a bear teleport to me the second I hit it with an arrow. No delay, no lag, just chewing on my face immediately. An hour later I died to radiation unexpectedly but I can't rule out alcohol on that one. [editline]24th January 2015[/editline] Pretty sure I went from 40% to 0 in under 2 seconds though. [editline]24th January 2015[/editline] Also had a deer teleport a solid 40 yards the instant an arrow hit it. A few hours later I shot someone and then had them run past me like I wasn't there and frantically scanning for me. I made sure it wasn't my friend and took them out again. Felt lag-free on my end.

I had full heath. Bear attack bleeding usually stops after 1/4 of lost heath. This is something new or two nasty admins playing head games.

In wolf zones I've been bleeding out with nothing around me. I built a new house in a new area after the last update that made the servers wipe and it was in a wolf zone. I figured people are more likely to stay away because the invisible death might get them. Anyways, it started happening to me but I had enough meat to heal myself and saw a wolf running around in the distance. I killed that wolf and the bleeding stopped. They are some how attacking even they are a distance away or maybe glitched behind something or who knows maybe under the ground. Whatever it is hope it gets fixed soon.

I also couldn't hit him from where I was.
