I DONT GET IT FACEPUNCH MILAN ISSUE "EAC: Unconnected"

Hello,

I'm a new player at rust and all my friends at Facepunch Milan server, and it's the only server that i can't login to, and the only server I want to play in.

When I first saw the "EAC:Unconnected" error I though there is something wrong with the Easy Anti CHEAT or something. But I Don't Have Any cheating apps on my laptop I never cheated and I never downloaded hacks before. I don't even have an autoclick. I've tried to look up a solution in Google,YouTube, and here but I didn't find anything for OIS.

I'm not even sure WHAT THE PROBLEM IS actually to look up for a solution or a fix.

If I need to contact the host of the "Facepunch Milan Server" can someone tell how to get to him/her ?

yeah I don't have issues with other servers
