VAC banned and innocent - Rust

SO i got Vac banned yesterday while building my house with my buddies from NZ now i live in the US and i have to play on aussie servers so i can play with them and my ping does go quite high while playing and randomly when i jump down stairs i start bouncing between two spots i just thought it was a glitch and probably is but i think that is why i got vac banned because of my high ping or that stupid glitch. All i want to do is play this game with my friends again i love this game and support it all the way i brought my firends copys of this game so we can all play. Im not a cheater i cant say i have never cheated on a game because i have when i played doom when i was a kid. gaming is a huge hobbie of mine and i wouln't want to ruin it.

You were hacking and crying on the forums won't get your VAC ban lifted. Go make another steam account and pay another $20 to keep playing.

VAC bans aren't usually wrong.

okay then answer this question if i am a hacker then why did it take all day for me to get banned? i find it odd that i was absolutely fine to play on the servers where i got good ping and didnt lag but as soon as i jumped on a aussie server i get vac banned.

Do you actually think anyone is going to believe that you got banned because you played on a server that you have a high ping to?

okay then why do i only have 1 vac ban from this game and not my others if i am so a hacker as you all say shouldnt my steam account be closed to me?

VAC bans dont happen during the actual cheating, it happens in waves so assholes (which most likely includes you) dont get a chance to warn all your friends about it :). Otherwise the first cheater who comes onto a server would instantly warn all his friends, making the actual banning less hurtful to assholes. And VAC-banning loves to fuck assholes.

There does seem to be A LOT of false VAC Bans going on.. it has happened before.

It bans you for games that share the same engine. Rust uses an engine that none of your other games use so you can still play the other games you bought.

Appeal your ban with Steam and Facepunch and see what happens from there.

You're calling us idiots when you think the reason you were VAC banned was because of high ping... LAWL VAC isn't messing with your gaming its messing with your cheating. Crying innocent here will not get you anywhere. You chose to cheat and now have to accept the consequences of your actions. Man up brah. Generally, it is set to [I]log[/I], and then ban is manually put into force when Valve thinks they've caught enough confirmed cheaters. It doesn't [I]have[/I] to wait. It could be set to ban instantly, like it does on MW2. And the AA thread screenshot he linked, part of a thread where AA instructed everyone to claim false positives.

I hacked and got banned, have some balls and admit to it too. Super pro tip: Don't fucking hack because the game will get better and you will see all the fun passing right next to you.
