Resynchronize Clock is still in progress Error

Hey guys.
I seem to be getting these two errors every time I login to any server. It causes me to consistently refresh where I was 2 to 3 seconds earlier in the game. Very frustrating. Any ideas as to how to fix? Or, if there is a fix coming out for it? These are the 2 errors I get when I hit F1.

1. Failed to find a recording device
2. Resynchronize Clock is still in progress. Pleas wait 2997ms (this one repeats)

Pretty sure this is the main reason for the rubber banding. I have a very fast internet connection speed, and my lag is very low. I even picked a server with the lowest amount of ping and there is no difference. This happens on every server.

I get the failed to find recording device too.

Any1 with insight?

Usually the resync clock error comes up for me when the server is experiencing issues. When my server was getting DDoS'd and during the big uLink exploit this happened a lot to me.

You can ignore the recording device error, that's just telling you that it didn't find a microphone for voice chat.
