Every server.
Basically, if you are near a road, you are going to die eventually.

The location names are the most common names I've heard playing on about 15 different servers. The one exception to this is "Koreatown", which is a West Coast server thing (Korean clans tend to settle in this area). Koreatown is usually called The Hole or Resource Hole on Central/East/EU servers.
