Your best bet would be to look through the server subforum [URL="http://facepunch.com/forumdisplay.php?f=417"]here[/URL]. I think you'll want to keep an eye out for PvE servers. Talk to admins about their policy on killing, raiding, etc.
I will point out, that you won't find many servers like this simply because it's an insanely boring way to play.

Used to play on it all the time, population died so just been waiting for New Branch to hit.
Bit modded for no dura, slow decay, Personally edited XP / Economy system, slower drop rate to make game more fun / realistic / take longer to get end game stuff. As for raiding there is no C4 enabled, but again none really on to game with so no worries there.
If you just want legacy would be willing to just wipe server clean so u can have fun in Vanilla :)
Just let me know (bit late so u may have found another place). Im the only admin so no worries of admin abuse etc.
