Can't window the game when it's at a lower resolution.

My monitor is 1600 x 900 but when I play Rust I use 1024 x 960. Although, for some reason, I can not window Rust when it's at 1024 x 960; Therefore, I can not stream.

Any ideas? All the streaming programs I see need the game to be windowed for it to be able to be streamed.

"I can not window Rust" is not a very informative problem description. Have you tried alt+enter and just resizing the window? I can put Rust in windowed mode for any resultion, even if the Rust window is too large, it'll just draw outside my monitor and I simply doubleclick the title to fit it to my screen.

Anything other than 1600 x 900 it won't window. It doesn't make any sense. If I run it at 1280 x 960, and alt+enter, it just brings it back at 1600 x 900. Some magical shit.
