I am having a problem where it won't let me get out of dev. I am on opt out but when I launch Rust, I still see the new UI and stuff. I even reinstalled too. Anyone know why?

Because the update just dropped to main branch this afternoon.
The new UI just got added to main branch today, that wouls be why you still see it.

Because most modded servers probably haven't been updated to the new version yet?
I can't see any servers, they all couldn't have updated.

Try restarting steam and the game, there was a small 10mb update after the large one hit, you could be caught between them.
