where do you request facepunch devs to investigate a possible hacker?

Hello my fellow gamers,
I understand that there are countless requests to investigate possible hackers/cheaters in the Rust. I'd still like to find a way to have somebody look into this player's account or game-play to ban him from all dedicated VAC servers. He's already got a record of VAC ban from other game 2 days ago and he's been accused of hacking by many players in the server. Before he's made his steam profile private, he has played Rust only 2 days (less than 100 hrs) and gotten a lot of headshots and kills which lead to me to believe that he's using aimbot or ESP hacks. (Of course, it's possible that he's really skilled player and amazingly great at playing Rust but that's slim to none chance)
I'm sorry to say this but, to me and my fellow gamers and friends, once hacker is always a hacker. Our admins won't do anything unless the cheat is visibly too "obvious" (such as flying/wall hacks/etc)
Is it possible to have somebody from the facepunch studio or even steam moderators to investigate this player? I really hate playing with hackers in this game and wish to implore everybody to do his or her best to report/ban/and discourage hacking.
Any constructive comments are welcome. Please post any helpful tips to do something about this.
