And what are your system specs? CPU, RAM, video card.

Can you be more specific than "i3"? That's a family of processors.
What version is your Nvidia driver? The Nvidia control panel will have this info, and the number I'm looking for is a xxx.xx number, three and two.
Are you running Steam as administrator? If not, try that.
If that doesn't work, open up Windows Explorer and go into your Steam folder and into the steamapps\common\Rust folder and run Rust.exe as administrator. What happens?
