So I've been noticing that every time I go near some sort of spawned in building, textures start to stretch and fly everywhere. It makes the game almost impossible to play because you cant see anything unless you look down
This sounds like artifacting.

Artifacting is occurring on AMD cards, I'm currently running GTX 560 and Artifacting occurs, but not that often.
Sometimes if they just take the item of wear on and off again, that'll fix the clothes from artifacting.
