Rust for Mobile or Tablet - Rust

Maybe one day we will have Rust for Mobile or Tablet ??

The game can barely run on a PC.

This isn't a tablet or mobile type of game anyways. Even if you could run it on those the experience wouldn't be right.

The game engine (Unity) does support cross-platform development including Android. It runs the games at greatly reduced quality with alternative input methods. There was also a reference recently to the RakNet game networking library which is also PC/Mac/Linux/Android. I have no idea if this is viable with Rust itself though. I had a dream where I was playing Rust on a phone. It looked like the MS Paint fan-art. Why not?

Limited login via android would be cool, maybe just let you look around while you are asleep (like you can now) so you can check on your base while you're at work during the dinner hour.

I can't see it ever being fully playable on a phone/tablet though...

Play on a mobile device will never be like on a computer .. I would like to have a mobile version .. not with even more optimized graphics, would be nice also one Server only to mobile devices ... or Even an app to see if the character is alive .. as the friend quoted above had not thought of that.

You could pump 2 Titans into this game and you wouldn't even see 60+ FPS. Sorry dude.

ARK did it...

There is a plugin that will send you an email if your base is being raided But I doubt even with the best phone available that it will have enough power to run this game.
