So just spent an hour of my life trying to prove that a guy wasn't playing legit to the admin but since I didn't have video proof, he got away just fine, and I find out later that the admin is friends with the guy and is helping him.

If you want to play on a legit server with no admin abuse, then this is not the one for you..avoid it completely.
