Why is the Rust auction going offline when the price gets down to $10?

Been buying a bunch of different games in anticipation for DayZ, and I remember hearing about Rust a few months ago. Well I went to the auction, saw it at $20, then it went down to $10, and the page refreshed and the store was down. Seems kind of cheesy to do that, considering the auction starts at $120

It's been down for two days
