How do I move player Inventories from one server to another?

Ok so I was able to move the save file for the map from one server to another for one of my dust servers, how do I move the inventories for players aswell?

I go to userdata and I see a ton of files with a bunch of numbers as their names.

Save the userdata folder as well.

Aye, I do... But when I go to my new server... I have another persons spawn location and items.. It is very weird.
