Instant crafting with Rust Admin tool??

I heard that the F1 doesn't really work anymore so how would I go about setting up like crafting.instant true on my server if I wanted to?

have you tried it rather than listening to a rumour? afaik there's no issues with accessing the console.

well maybe some people assume and just believe what they hear and don't try it BUT that's not me, i have tried it thru F1 and thru Rust Admin software but no luck.

any helpful ideas?
