Would they add cross hairs or is it to make the game more harder to aim?
It's supposed to be realistic. If you want crosshairs you can always make yourself a holo sight.

Yeah beacuse scotch tape and marker will consider spreads n stuff like that.Laser sight was made to substitute the crosshair,so whats the problem.
Want crosshairs...right click to bring your weapon up to your eye like you would realistically. Only weapon you don't have actual sights on is the bow. If you don't like the iron sights then learn HOLO sight.

I would suggest a silver Sharpee because the nights get too dark for a regular one to be of any use.
Want a marker in-game as a cursor.
Craft a laser sight. Simple said simple done.
