My friend has a server located in the US. and Im from europe. I cant find the server and if I want to connect via net.connect it gives me a connectionerror.
I dont understand this. Bunch of people are on the server. Can anyone help me??
It could very well just be because you're in Europe and the server is in the US.
Ping times can make a big difference. Try finding a server to play in that's closer and has a lower ping.
but australians can play on the server and i cant.
Just because other people can play doesn't mean that everyone can.
Perhaps the have a faster connection than you... or perhaps the under-ocean cables from Australia can carry more traffic than the ones from Europe.
I don't know what the problem is, I'm just saying with the current state of the game and issues with rubberbanding and such I'm not surprised that someone is having issues connecting to a server that's half a world away.
Press F1 than write in console net.connect IP
