I bought the game yesterday and I'm trying to play with my friends.
They are online right now on a server, I can see the server online too, but when I try to connect, I get the error message "ConnectionFailed"
I've tried to change my ip, restart steam several times, checked firewall, put in an exception for port 28015 on my router, and nothing solves the problem
I can ping the IP address, and other servers work fine
any idea?
try right click on Rust in steam - local files - verify integrity

I even tried to re-download all the content to another HD
