So what’s likely to happen is this. Some time in the next 2-3 weeks a new branch will appear on Steam. The community will be split in two. New and old. We’re not going to take the old branch away from you until everyone is in universal agreement that the new branch is the future. And even then we’ll probably keep the old branch anyway – just for a laugh.
Does this mean I will need to purchase a whole new game? Or purchase a whole new server from my host?? Would this just cost MORE money??
It means that you have two options to play the game. Basically, if you want to play the newer version you can choose to play that by itself, but if you hate the newer version you can play the old version by itself. It won't cost any money either.
It's just a test build you can choose to play on for free if you want to help test the new version of the game. Happy 420
When is this happening guys, only have mobile as away so can not look my self.
When is this happening guys, only have mobile as away so can not look my self.
Safari can load this, surely. It'll be happening in "a couple of weeks". The new version is primarily going to be running a new netcode library that Facepunch wrote themselves, instead of the uLink library they're using at the moment.
Yes it can load it but it's not the same from a mobile
