I can fall 5 feet and break my legs/go down to 15 health, but getting headshotted brings me down to 40 health
Yeah its highly unrealistic, if you are naked and dont have much weight on you, you shouldnt take to much damage from falling.

They are still working on balancing it, but yes it is rather strange.
the falling damage was only implemented a few hours ago, they are waiting for constructive criticism before tweaking it.
Guns and ammo should be much harder to craft and be much more expensive but deal much more damage. Also, the falling damage stuff needs to but toned down a lot, maybe even cut in half.
