Just started up my own server, as I got tired of playing for a couple days and having arbitrary server wipes or dealing with abusive admins. I just wanted to play, build, and invest my time somewhere I knew it wouldn't be erased in a couple days.
I'm sure many of you feel the same, so please feel free to join my server. We just started fresh on January 13, 2014 and have a handful of active players, hoping to get more. We're hosted in central US, and none of our players experience any lag from the East to West coast, and up in Canada. I have several years of server administration from other games, and I feel the natural step in my addiction to this game is to start up my own server.
We are a sleeper PVP server with Door Sharing, administration plugins, and private messaging. We currently have 2 very active Admins and I promise we will not favor airdrops, spawn items in for ourselves or others, or ban you if you raid us. We will ban hackers, cheaters, exploiters, spammers, or advertisers, so please don't bother if you fall into those categories. The game play is vanilla except the craft times are reduced to 10% of normal. Lots of fun so far and lots of resources to build a nice fort or base.
We have a public teamspeak server if you would like to use it whilst in game, and a community forum. This is definitely the place to check out if you want to get comfy in a community/server and stay for a while.

We're trying out a new economy plugin to add another element to the game. Currency is awarded from killing zombies, and you can use that currency to buy some gear for yourself after a while. Fun for the endgame! Check it out!

Our new bounty plugin works with our economy. You can set bounties on player's heads with your money, so their next killer is awarded the bounty.
