So okay i cant open rust experimental from steam and when i start him from folder i got "disconnected: eac unconnected".
I do alot of things so can anyone help me?

Run Rust.exe, not RustClient.exe if you're going to run it out of the folder. Running RustClient.exe bypasses loading EAC, and then you get kicked when you join servers because they require EAC to be running.
Do you have any antivirus software running? Or a firewall?
sometimes i have this problem too. i fix it when restarting steam and maybe computer.
maybe try to start as admin.
Hello Facas (I know that you are brazilian but I can't help you in portuguese, this is an english-only forum).
This problem is not very common, if you are trying to join a server just try a few times after this disconnect and you should connect normaly.
But if you can't open the game try to turn off your firewall and restart your computer.
But even if this can't solve your problem try to reinstall rust or even verify the integrity of the files.
