Fresh Server - No Admin Abuse - PVP - Starter - Airdrops per 10 players

Hi everyone,
I just purchased a server and it's in the making, everything works fine but I am working on adding more mods to make the server better for whoever decides to join.

I myself, am not an admin, I just have the control panel, this is so there will be no abuse.

There will be air drops for every 10 players that comes on, there is a starter kit as well.

I will be taking suggestions from players as to what you would like me to add, thanks in advance for joining.

EDIT: No PVP at night time, there is also insta craft but only during night
