Hi guys, i just recently bought rust, and it seems there are no good servers for us. I am from Philippines and there are 5 of my friends just bought the game too. We were so dissapointed in our game because we had minimum 200-250 ping in all servers.. Its so spiky and everyone could kill us easily. Are there servers for us? If none, would the experimental version release a server for SEA players? Hopefully they will provide. Its such an awesome game, we enjoy it so much but the lag destroys our enjoyment. We play good, we play fair, no hacks. Hopefully they could repay our simple and good behavior towards the game. Thank you!

Have you checked for SEA servers in the community tab or modded tab? Also I have heard that Australian servers work alright for SEA players.

Where? I cant see SEA servers in the community tab they dont even state what country is their server located in their description.

Hmm, to me, it seems there are really alot lot lot of servers right now. But it seems none of them are located in Asia. or SEA. I mean, im pretty sure there are alot of players coming from SEA but we cant get together in a single server since we dont have our own one. Unlike other players they have US and EAST AND WEST. like that.. :(
Maybe if you can not find any good server you might have to wait until server hosting is public. Hopefully you will get yourself good ping I feel for you.

Try going to the community servers tab and press the ping so the lowest ping will be in the top, hope it helps

Oh, thats cool. But i don't have the resources to host my own server. And also, if im an admin, i cant fully enjoy the game. I just want to be a player only, and play happy with my friends. Thanks for pointing out that though.
He didn't really mean you hosting a server. Right now in the legacy version, Facepunch distributed the server files only to a few service providers. In the experimental, the files are now public, so anyone can host a server the way they want, without having to use a service provider. This will lead in more and more servers, and I'm sure someone will set one up near you
That dev website is extremely useful. Not just the dedicated server files, but prefabs/skinning? GG FP.
