Why are some steam screenshots getting banned / removed?

Seriously why. I only had a couple of pictures of glitches player body's and some close-ups of dicks. Why did they get removed?

Nudity as far as I know is against the TOS.

I'd imagine the steam community has a different TOS than the game. Deletion problem probably related to some EULA inherited from purchasing the game versus browsing a community where minors frequent.
