Game freezes because GFXdevice is in invalid state?

As title states I get these short freezes mostly lasting 5-10 seconds. I decided to test it by waiting till the freeze occurred to check the console after it happened I was able to get this [url]http://i.imgur.com/MlFX6G6.jpg[/url] not entirely sure what it means by GfxDevice is in invalid state and was wondering if anybody knew what was going on with my Game ^^ [editline]14th December 2013[/editline] anybody :C?
