Hi everyone, I have some kind of problem.
Today I talked to my friend that had bought Rust a while ago. We searched for an empty server and he found one. He had time to play for a day and after this he got VAC banned for just no reason.. Could anyone help with this? Please?

He cheated.
Well I was with him, he didn't however a guy joined and my friend thought he was a cheater.. The guy's name was SERSTTNOVS and he got banned too.
Maybe it was not a friend but you!? Could that be? And you/friend cheated VAC=Cheat!
VAC bans are automated. It's very likely that your friend has used a hack some time in the recent past, was 'flagged' for doing so at that time, and the ban has only just been applied now (that's kinda how all VAC banning takes place)
VAC doesn't instantly ban. It watches, logs cheating, and then bans in mass waves.
He's probably been cheating for weeks, whether or not he had hacks running today when the ban applied.
Tell him to talk to Steam Support if he wants to try his story on them. NOBODY on Facepunch can do anything about a VAC ban and that includes Garry.

"Your friend" cheated. That's just how VAC works. Tell them to buy the game again and to not cheat next time.
Before everyone says his friend and him are the same person, his account is clean...
