Would people use it?

Basically a page where people can setup a donation page for the server, upon donation a RCON command gets executed. You can set up multiple packages for users to purchase and so on.

It's automatic and the reward can be anything you'd like, you choose the rcon command. For instance creating a new package would look like this:

The player will have to be in the server for the command to execute on him, I'll look into oxide if there's a way to hook into player spawn/connect and maybe make it that the player doesn't have to be online for it to work.

Users would be granted a free subdomain servername.mydomain.net(or com) and perhaps allow people to use their own domain.

I don't want to do this for nothing, so I'm looking to get your thoughts on if people would use it, suggestions and so on. If I get enough support/good feedback on the project I'll start working on it today.

I think a lot of people would use it, probably the people on deathmatch servers to give someone an advantage (Yeah, people actually do this.)
