It's called a bolt rifle action with a 4x scope aimed at your head.
Your head and shoulders were way above the side of your wall. Easy pickings which I have done on others (on the newest builds) 280+ meters out.
Also, the shot appeared to have come from the compound on your right

Anyway, it's impossible to say without watching the shooter's point of view, which is why Rust badly needs a system similar to CS:GO's Overwatch, though only saves players' highlights.

To close to call. It's a pretty murky foggy day in that shot anyway. But, judging by the death screen and seeing he was using a bolt [B]and[/B] being that it was a headshot. I'd tee that up to being a pretty accurate shot.
At the same time, can you leave yourself anymore exposed? Not only that but you stayed nearly motionless which leads me to think that it was legit. You practically gave him the time and the shot
I intentionally recorded the video at the end of the shooting, all previous shots were still below the place where was the last shot...I was with a rifle with a zoom, not a shotgun. I wanted to see nick this sniper so and stood naked oneshoot imitate arrow. Thanks for the comments.
