Which GSP currently offers Oxide/Rare Military Mod to North America locations?

So it seems like every server I start to play on, something happens to it. I first started to get settled on a HFB server that was basically running hardcore mode (No military weps except air drops, low drop rates etc.), however HFB wiped all mods and apparently still isnt offering Oxide yet. Then I found a similar hardcore server today that was fixing to be really nice so I brought some friends over to get started up on it. However only a couple hours later, its apparently an FPSplayers.com server and it gets DDOSed daily and now wont be up for 8+ hours or something.

So now I am back to square one, looking for a server that can offer Oxide and other mods that are needed to make a more rough / hardcore Rust experience, but that isnt on one of the GSPs that gets DDOSed daily (Which seems to be FPSplayers for the most part).

So my question is, does anyone know of a server that would be good for me? If not, do you know of a GSP that offers what am I talking about because I am beginning to consider buying my own server (though I have no idea how to do all these mods/ftp stuff etc.)

Yeah that server does look alright, however anything that is "rare" and still drops, wont be rare in a week or two with people constantly farming zombies lol. I was looking for one that completely removes military grade weapons and only drops from airdrops that are set to 25-30+ min population. Also have no building decay, and sleeper for only 30mins are a bit of a turn off. So looks like a nice server, but not quite for my friends and I. Thanks for suggestion though!
