I was playing this game one night with my brothers and the next morning i try to log in and says i am vacbanned? i paid for this game and did nothing to cheat... i play modded servers there is no reason.. can you please get me unbanned

VAC bans are permanent and cannot be reversed. Besides, they are issued by Valve, not Facepunch.

What do you want us to do, take your word for it, call up Gabe our guy over at Valve and order him to unban you?
By any chance do you use Steam Family Share? If so, its possible that one of your "brothers" might have done something to warrant a VAC ban. If a Family Share account gets VAC banned, the ban applies to the main account.
Its been said already, but no one here has the authority to reverse a VAC ban. You'd have to contact Valve to dispute it.
EDIT: Also, VAC bans are not usually applied overnight unless the person in question is foolish enough to use something that VAC has already blacklisted.
EDIT2: Disregard the overnight part, I see your ban was 95 days ago.

A few months ago there was an error on EAC's behalf where EAC was issuing false positives, but that affected a couple of thousand people and was confirmed by the EAC staff as an error on their end.
On the flip side, there has yet to be anything resembling false positive bans with regards to VAC and Rust in the 2 or so years Rust is on Steam. Not saying there has never been false positives with VAC, there just hasn't with regards to Rust.

Just know this: Valve will NOT tell you what triggered the ban. This is hinder new cheats from being updated to evade VAC.
i did not cheat on the game. i dont know how to use an aimbot lol i play the game how it is plain and simple my brothers just have been playing for a while and its kinda looking fun again... but everytime i wanna play im reminded about my vacban

Only two kinds of people actually say this: People who get caught cheating and Grand/mothers who are trying to learn how to play a game. Just saying.
EDIT: I also know as it came up when I tried to teach my mother how to play Unreal Tournament '99.
well ive never tried to use it so.. dont know how to in some games it would be nice.. but not in games i care about
