if we can go through the network , or have our own skill for make server as one way another,
can we allowed make the dedicated server without server provider?
i know make server is impossible, need beta key for download recent server program or whatever blah blah
but i know someone who made server himself without rust server provider.
how to explain this guy?
i'm 100% sure he made server without Rust Server Provider like multiplay, playrust.eu , etc.
so i'm wondering and seriously considering about it.
what u guys think about it?

The server files are not supposed to be public yet. Apparently they were leaked and are a factor into how there are servers for cracked/warez versions of Rust. If this "guy" isn't bullshitting you he is using leaked/stolen files.
