Some question of banned ppl

Hello,
I get banned from Rust 45 days ago because i Cheated.
I know it was my bad to start cheating. I just get pissed off of guys that cheats and get all my stuff every single day.
I love the game and I really want to come back and play it.
I wont buy cheats again... Its my first time I use cheats on a game....
I just want to know if I can get my rust acc back or shoul di buy the game again?

If I need to buy the game again: how can i do that?
becuse i use steam it dosnt let me buy it again...
