Question: All mac users have lags and how fix it?
I have a lot of lag too, player and animal movements are very jittery

You have an HD4000 which is essentially a garbage video card. You need to stop playing on a macbook air and get yourself a hackintosh or macpro if you REAAAAAALLY want to play on OSX.
If you want to use that HD4000 and get better performance, use bootcamp and install windows 7
